Does Datrick work directly with our client?
Only when the operating model requires it and the partner approves it. Datrick can work partner-only, join client meetings as a named specialist, or operate under the partner's brand. Communication, identity, escalation, and approval boundaries are agreed before delivery begins.
How does Datrick protect the partner's client relationship?
The partner retains account ownership, commercial control, and final client-facing approval. Confidentiality, non-solicitation expectations, communication channels, branding, access, and escalation paths are documented in the engagement terms rather than left as assumptions.
Can we set our own client pricing and margin?
Yes. Datrick scopes and prices its delivery relationship with the partner. The partner controls its own client pricing, packaging, and commercial terms. Datrick does not prescribe the partner's resale margin.
What information is needed to qualify a partner engagement?
The initial written intake should describe the client situation, service area, environment, expected workload, urgency, access constraints, decision makers, desired communication model, acceptance criteria, and commercial shape. Sensitive credentials or production secrets should not be sent through the website form.
Can Datrick provide a dedicated full-time team?
A dedicated or ongoing delivery model can be considered when the workload, responsibilities, communication cadence, security requirements, and minimum commitment are clear. Named staffing and availability are confirmed during scoping; they are not assumed before capacity review.
Which services can be delivered under our brand?
Typical entry points include database operations and NOC support, database handover recovery, migration delivery and QA, BI reporting reliability, analytics and data pipelines, Claude workflow implementation, and AI model evaluation. Final scope depends on the environment, access, risk, and available specialists.
