Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This policy explains how Datrick, Inc. ("Datrick," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through datrick.com and related business communications. Datrick is responsible for deciding how this information is used.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, email us, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred follow-up method, buyer type, service interest, urgency, engagement type, expected investment, and the project or business context you provide.
Inquiry attribution. We may record campaign parameters, the landing page, and the referring website associated with an inquiry. This information can be stored temporarily in your browser and included with the form submission even when optional Google Analytics is not enabled.
Website and device information. Our analytics providers may process page or route visited, timestamp, referrer, general location, browser, operating system, device type, and interaction events. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, or free-text project descriptions to website analytics providers.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate through the requested channel;
- evaluate fit, urgency, and the appropriate scoping or delivery path;
- prepare proposals, agreements, and services requested by a prospective or current client;
- maintain business, security, and legal records;
- protect the website and communications from misuse; and
- understand and improve website content, campaigns, and conversion paths.
Inquiry qualification
Our inquiry system may assign an internal intent score using information such as timing, requested service, engagement type, expected investment, buyer type, company, direct-contact details, and the amount of scoping context provided. This score helps prioritize and route inquiries for human review. It does not automatically accept or reject an inquiry and does not make a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Legal bases where applicable
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for optional Google Analytics, steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract for business inquiries and services, legitimate interests in operating and improving our business and protecting our systems, and legal obligations where applicable. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” control in the website footer.
Website analytics and browser storage
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and interactions. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to operate without third-party cookies and may process page, referrer, device, browser, and approximate location information for aggregated reporting. Custom events may include a service category, CTA location, contact method, page, or campaign source, but should not include contact-form identity fields or free-text project context. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy information.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, approximate location, browser and device information, referral sources, campaign attribution, and interactions such as CTA clicks, form starts, and completed inquiries. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled in our website consent configuration. Google Analytics remains off unless you select “Accept analytics.” Google may process analytics data under its privacy policy.
We use local storage to remember your analytics choice. We may use session storage to retain campaign attribution during a browsing session and to confirm that an inquiry reached the thank-you page. Browser settings can be used to clear this storage.
Service providers and sharing
We may share information with providers that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries, including:
- Vercel for website hosting, serverless processing, and aggregate Web Analytics;
- Google for consent-based Google Analytics and, for inquiries, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and email delivery;
- email delivery providers used to route inquiry notifications and confirmations; and
- telephone or messaging providers, including WhatsApp, when you request follow-up through that channel.
We may also disclose information to professional advisors, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for third-party targeted advertising.
International processing
Datrick operates in the United States and Türkiye and works with service providers that may process information in other countries. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
Retention
We retain inquiry and business records only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate or maintain a business relationship, provide services, keep appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect our systems. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether a client relationship begins, applicable limitation periods, and legal or contractual requirements. Analytics information is retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant analytics provider.
Security and confidential information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, production credentials, regulated personal data, or other secrets through the website form. We will arrange an appropriate secure channel if sensitive technical material is needed for scoping or delivery.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may also ask how we use or share your information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
To exercise a privacy right or ask a privacy question, email info@datrick.com. You may change your optional analytics choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
Children
This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our website, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
