Terms of Use
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of datrick.com, including its articles, guides, checklists, calculators, inquiry forms, and information about services. The website is operated by Datrick, Inc. ("Datrick," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Who may use the website
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf for this website use.
Website information only
The website provides general business and technical information. It is not legal, financial, accounting, security, compliance, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Technical articles, checklists, examples, model comparisons, cost calculators, and recommendations are planning aids and must be evaluated against your actual systems, data, contracts, requirements, and risk tolerance.
Viewing the website, downloading a resource, using a calculator, or contacting Datrick does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.
Business inquiries and confidentiality
Submitting an inquiry does not create a nondisclosure agreement or impose a duty of confidentiality on Datrick. Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, production credentials, regulated personal data, trade secrets, source code, client-confidential materials, or other sensitive information through the website form. If sensitive information is needed for scoping, Datrick will arrange an appropriate agreement and communication channel.
You represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit. You authorize Datrick to use it to respond, assess fit and urgency, prepare scoping recommendations or proposals, maintain appropriate business records, and otherwise handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service engagements
Consulting, implementation, support, development, training, and other professional services begin only after the parties enter an applicable written agreement, statement of work, order form, or proposal accepted in the manner stated in that document. That document controls the service scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, security, warranties, liability, and other engagement-specific obligations.
If these website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement covering the same subject, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.
Public pricing and commercial information
Prices, starting points, ranges, timelines, and engagement examples published on the website are indicative information, not binding quotations, guarantees, or offers capable of acceptance. Final pricing and availability depend on scope, risk, access, response time, delivery ownership, staffing, location, taxes, and contract terms. Datrick may change or withdraw public commercial information at any time.
Calculators, AI information, and technical resources
Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. Actual model, cloud, implementation, support, and operating costs may differ because of usage, tokenization, caching, retries, tools, platform charges, taxes, discounts, pricing changes, and other factors.
AI models, software, APIs, certifications, exams, product features, pricing, and availability change frequently. Confirm current information with the applicable provider before making a purchasing, architecture, training, certification, or production decision. Datrick does not guarantee that a workflow, model, migration, certification-preparation program, or technical recommendation will achieve a particular result.
Anthropic, Claude, and certification references
Datrick participates in the Claude Partner Network and provides independent consulting, implementation, enablement, and preparation services. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Datrick does not operate Anthropic products, administer Claude certification exams, set exam rules or pricing, or make decisions about certification eligibility or results.
Anthropic, Claude, and related names and marks belong to Anthropic or their respective owners. Other product and company names belong to their respective owners. Use of a third-party name does not transfer ownership or make that third party responsible for Datrick's website, services, or statements. Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms, policies, and usage requirements.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The website, its design, text, graphics, calculators, downloadable materials, and other content are owned by Datrick or its licensors unless otherwise stated and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Datrick grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website and use its public resources for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not sell, license, republish, remove attribution from, create a competing content library from, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website without written permission. Rights expressly granted under a separate license or clearly stated on a specific resource are not restricted by this paragraph.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
- introduce malware, interfere with availability, bypass security controls, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or affiliation;
- submit information you are not authorized to disclose;
- use automated means in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load, circumvents access controls, or builds a substitute or competing content service; or
- use website content or resources in a way that violates third-party terms, rights, or applicable law.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party documentation, repositories, products, platforms, or services. Datrick does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, privacy practices, or changes. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement. Review the applicable third-party terms and policies before use.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information associated with website visits and inquiries. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Website availability and changes
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or its resources at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. We may also restrict access when we reasonably believe use violates these Terms or creates risk for Datrick, users, providers, or third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Datrick disclaims all express and implied warranties relating to the website, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, and security. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datrick and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to website use or reliance on website content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datrick's aggregate liability arising from or related to the website will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Datrick specifically for access to the website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not alter liability under a separate signed service agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and disputes concerning the website are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory law that applies to you, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without Datrick's written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement concerning use of the public website, but they do not replace a separate signed service agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the website, services, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued website use after an update means the updated Terms apply to that use.
